The City has completed the spring curbside collection of yard debris (leaves, limbs, brush, etc.). The City’s curbside collection program is operated for a limited time twice yearly; spring and fall. Therefore, any yard waste that you leave curbside in front of your home will not be picked up by the City; it is your responsibility to properly dispose of this material.
The following yard waste disposal options are available:
- Bring yard waste to the city drop-off site, located on West Main Street near the intersection with Cayadutta Street. It is open to city residents seven (7) days a week during daylight hours.
- Transport yard waste to the Fulton County Landfill Transfer Station (you must purchase a permit from the City Clerk).
- Hire a commercial hauler to dispose of the yard waste.
Please contact the City Engineer’s office at 736-4014 with any questions.
