PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Common Council wishes to adopt the City of Johnstown Police Reform Plan. SAID HEARING will take place on Monday, March 15, 2021 in the Common Council Chambers, City Hall, 33-41 East Main Street, Johnstown, New York, beginning at 6:00 p.m. of that day, at which time anyone interested or affected may be heard.

2021 LANDFILL / DUMP PERMITS
Applications are available outside the front doors of City Hall on the dropbox. Complete the application, enclose a check/money order for $35.00 and place in the drop box. We will mail to you or, if you prefer, make arrangements to pick up at the front door. OVERNIGHT PARKING BAN
No overnight parking on city streets goes into effect Dec. 1st. The police department will be issuing warnings, if weather permits. Officers will try to “limit” enforcement for Christmas and New Year’s Day if no snow is forecasted. Overnight parking permits are available for the following lots: Senior Center City Hall W. Main Street (corner of Main & William) S. Market Street (lot across the street from Citizens Bank) Applications are available on the drop box located outside of City Hall. Complete the application for the lot desired and place in drop box. The City Clerk's office will either mail your permit or you can arrange to pick up. |
