​PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City of Johnstown Common Council desires to establish a comprehensive and consistent schedule of fees for Code Enforcement and Fire/EMS services for which fees may lawfully be imposed, in order to promote consistency, transparency, and reasonable recovery of costs associated with such services. The proposed Schedule of Fees is intended to consolidate and clarify applicable fees and charges and, where authorized by law, to establish reasonable fees for services provided by the City. Said Hearing will take place on Monday, October 19, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the Common Council Chambers, City Hall, 33-41 East Main Street, Johnstown, New York, at which time anyone interested or affected may be heard.
