PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City of Johnstown is accepting sealed bids for the resurfacing of certain city streets and construction ADA sidewalk ramps. Specifications and Bid Forms are available on the city’s website: cityofjohnstown.ny.gov, the City Clerk’s Office located at 33-41 E. Main St., Johnstown, NY 12095, the New York State Contract Reporter or the City Engineer ([email protected]). Bids should be marked “2026 STREET RESURFACING PROJECT” on the outside of the envelope. Bids must be received intact and receipt obtained from the City Clerk, or by registered or certified mail with return receipt requested to Johnstown City Clerk, 33-41 East Main Street, Johnstown, New York 12095 by 11:00 a.m. on the 14th day of July, 2026 at which time bids will be opened in the Conference Room, 2nd Floor of City Hall. Attention of bidders, if awarded the Contract includes acceptance of an immunity waiver as required by Sections 103-A and 103-B of the General Municipal Law of New York State. The City of Johnstown reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all bids.
