PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City of Johnstown is accepting RFPs for rotational towing services. RFPs must be received by the City Clerk, P.O. Box 160, 33-41 East Main Street, Johnstown, New York 12095 by 11:00am, on the 10th day of February, 2026. Prospective bidders may obtain a copy of bid specifications from the City Clerk between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Monday – Friday or on the city’s website cityofjohnstown.ny.gov. RFPs should be marked “ROTATIONAL TOWING SERVICES” on the outside of the envelope. Proposals will be opened on the 10th day of February, 2026 at 11:00am in the City Clerk’s Office. The City of Johnstown reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all proposals.
